Some people are baby whisperers. Some people are horse whisperers. I'm a team whisperer. My favorite type of team includes builders -- software devs, QA, and designers.
Another horse metaphor I like:
In horse breeding, apparently when a group of horses is nervous, a common solution is to put a goat in the stall with the horses to calm them down.
That's me. I'm the goat.
And software engineers... are the horses.
